C.P.M. Review Instructor Information

The Institute for Supply Management is pleased to provide you with these C.P.M. Review Instructor Guidelines. We trust you and your students will find them beneficial: Review Instructor Guidelines (Adobe Acrobat 192 KB).

Review Course Instructors play an important part in the professional development of supply management professionals. ISM’s two professional designation programs; the Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) exist to define and validate the purchasing and supply management body of knowledge and to acknowledge those who demonstrate proficiency in it.

Although ISM does not provide Instructor Certification, we do want to clearly set forth expectations of review programs and the responsibilities of C.P.M. Review Instructors.

ISM does publish a list of registered instructors who agree to meet these expectations and to abide by the ISM Code of Conduct and the ethics statement that appear in the above document.
