Dress for the workshops is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers to accommodate the varying room temperatures. Banquet attire is business. - Can my guest go to the workshops with me?
The Guest program registration includes meals only and is available for $190. Seating is limited for the workshop sessions. - Do I have to select my workshops now, or can I make my selections when the conference begins?
Your session selections help us assign meeting room space for each educational session. This allows us to project which sessions are in demand, but it does not guarantee your seating. Session seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise noted. - What meals are included in the complete conference registration?
Sunday lunch, Monday lunch, Tuesday breakfast, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday banquet dinner, and Wednesday brunch. We also offer a reception on Sunday and Monday featuring light hors d'oeuvres. - Do you offer Vegetarian, salt free, fat free, or any other special dietary meals?
If you have special dietary needs or if you require any special services or auxiliary aids in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, please be sure to check the appropriate line on the Conference registration form. An ISM representative will contact you to confirm your special needs. - How does the online Personal Planner work?
- Search for events of interest using the links to the left or the "Search" button on your planner.
- Many events are in your planner by default: meals, keynote presentations, etc. If an event needs to be added to your planner (workshops, C.P.M. Exams, Pre-conference seminars), use the "Add Event to Planner" button.
- Use the "All Events" button to see your entire schedule.
- Once you have added all your events to your planner, you can print the planner to take with you to the conference. Remember: Workshop seating is on first come first served basis.
- To register for the conference online, the "Use to Register" button will automatically fill out all the information from your planner into the online registration form.
- Use the "Custom Event" button to schedule anything you want during the event -- you can use the planner to keep track of conference, personal, and business events during the conference
- How do I find out about events at the conference?
