As we near the debut of the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) qualification, it's important to keep in mind why ISM decided to create the CPSM. The world is changing. Over the last several decades, trade, growing market economies and the scope of medium and large multinational enterprises have broadened the profession's responsibilities.
