C.P.M. and A.P.P. News 
Affiliates are reminded to submit requests for NAPM Continuing Education Hours. Continuing Education Hours will be awarded for pre-/post-dinner meetings scheduled for the 2000-01 program year. Requests for Continuing Education Hours are due to NAPM by September 30, 2000. Continuing Education Hours request forms are available from Fax on Demand at 800/444-6276, request document #30270. Mail or fax the completed application to NAPM, Certification Department Secretary, P.O. Box 22160, Tempe, AZ 85285-2160. Or fax the form to the Certification Department Secretary at 480/752-7890. Additional details about pre-/post-dinner meeting programming requirements can be found in the C.P.M. and A.P.P. Policy Manual under Continuing Education Hours appendix. Questions may also be directed to the Certification Department Secretary at 800/888-6276 or 480/752-6276, extension 3044.
