Saludos! Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM) invites you to join us at the Fourth Annual Hispanic Supply Management Summit. The Hispanic Summit offers you a wide variety of opportunities to learn, network and share supply management best practices across industries. Summit activities convey innovation and information to help you deliver transformational change and success within your supply organization. Active networking is encouraged during unique sessions designed for you to meet and learn from your peers. Add this program to your schedule and be sure to invite your supply management colleagues.
This year's Hispanic Summit is full of forward thinking solutions — environmental sustainability in Latin America, analyzing acquisitions and talent development — to give you real-world results for supply management success. Take home ideas to apply to your global sourcing projects and find inspiration in the success stories.
Back By Popular Demand
The ISM Hispanic Supply Management Summit is at the same time and same location as the Black Executive Supply Management Summit and the Women Executive Supply Management Summit. Each summit has its own set of workshops, but general sessions are together. This gives you the added benefit of networking time with your colleagues attending the other summits. You are welcome to attend any of the concurrent sessions offered by either of the other Summits.
Who Should Attend
This program is open to all professionals in supply management who value diversity and innovation. Our topics are relevant for many supply management professionals, especially those who have or may be considering suppliers in Latin America or suppliers primarily owned and operated by Latinos. As such, many diverse individuals are invited to learn and network at this event. To ensure significant discussions and relevant networking, we ask that participants have more than a basic knowledge of supply management. This program is not exclusive to any one race or ethnic background, but the emphasis is for Hispanics in supply management to address concerns that they may face on a routine basis in the workplace: experiences that are unique to them. Students enrolled in supply management degree programs are also invited to attend.
In principle and in practice, ISM values and seeks a diverse membership, volunteer leadership and staff. There are no barriers to full participation in the Institute on the basis of ethnic background, gender, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin or disability.
