- The ISM Minority and Women's Business Development Group is one of a number of groups within ISM. - Making It! Minority Success Stories is an Emmy Award-winning television series that looks at the challenges, triumphs, and contributions of minority business enterprises. Since 1989, the show has featured more than 600 businesses created by minority men and women, as well as representatives from the SBA, Minority Business Associations, Chambers of Commerce, and other resources.
