JPMorgan Global PMI: Global Report on Services - May 4, 2007

Global Service Sector Exhibited Renewed Strength in April, as Growth of Activity and New Business Accelerated. Input Cost Pressures Remained Elevated.

April saw the global service sector regain some of the momentum lost in recent months. The JPMorgan Global Services Business Activity Index posted 56.4, its highest level since January, and a reading above the neutral 50.0 mark for the forty-ninth successive month.
