Chicago Expanding 61.7 Two-month contraction ends as PMI soars upward.
Cincinnati Expanding 60.0 Positive trend continues.
Cleveland* Expanding +25.25 Manufacturing sector continues to expand; Forecast Index drops to +3.00.
Denver Expanding 59.8 Expansion continues in the Manufacturing sector.
Denver Contracting 37.5 Non-Manufacturing business activity stays at the same level as in February.
Detroit Expanding 54.2 Negative trend is reversed as local PMI returns to above 50.
Houston Expanding 62.4 Expansion picks up, fueled by strong Production and Sales.
New York Contracting 49.3 Business Activity contracts; Business Outlook at 50 looks more cautious.
W. Washington Expanding 63.3 Local PMI continues to reflect a strong Northwest economy.

* Barometer readings above "0" indicate that the manufacturing sector of the economy is generally expanding.
