The mission of NAPM-LI is to promote the purchasing/supply management professional. To enhance the profession by providing educational opportunities through C.P.M./A.P.P. certification, increasing membership growth and participation, networking with other affiliates and associations and informing the general public of purchasing's role in today's global marketplace.

· Bachelors degree
· 5 + years of purchasing experience
· 3+ years managing services & contracts  Consultants, Legal, Travel, temporary workers and/or maintenance to name a few
· Top notch negotiation skills
· Documented cost saving accomplishments
· ERP/MRP knowledge, SAP/Oracle experience a plus
· Experience with E-Sourcing  Ariba a plus
· No Relocation
