Abstract

To be competitive in today's global marketplace, and to serve global operations, supply chains must also be global. This paper identifies the challenges typically encountered in building multi-national supply chains and provides approaches, strategies, and best practices for developing, implementing, and maintaining supply chains that are international in scope.
