Increasing demands on our logistics infrastructure negatively impacts performance and increases supply chain risk. While the slowing economy has reduced congestion, economic recovery will bring even more congestion. Further, congestion may serve to slow economic recovery. This session will examine the logistical landscape with a view toward building logistical strategies for supply managers.
