  It is with deep sadness that the Institute for Supply Management™ announces the passing of one of its most valued and influential members. Richard (Dick) V. Bradshaw, C.P.M., A.P.P., lost his battle with cancer on February 16, 2002.

The newsletter is available to members and non-members, current C.P.M.s or A.P.P.s, as well as those interested in pursuing either designation. Subscribe to the Certification Quarterly Update, and every quarter you will receive an e-mail to keep you updated on the latest happenings to the C.P.M. and A.P.P. programs and to answer some of your frequently asked questions.

  ISM Affiliate Support has developed an extensive library of courseware materials to help you with volunteer management and affiliate management issues. Listed below are currently available titles. Most topics are now available as self-guided training courses from the ISM Knowledge Center (www.ism-knowledgecenter.ws). Registration is free for affiliate leaders — check them out! The worksheets and templates included with the courseware packets are also available online for your immediate use. To download them, logon to the Members Only area of the ISM Web site (www.ism.ws) and select Affiliate Support then Courseware Materials Available from Affiliate Support.
