Abstract

Why don’t people wash their rental cars? Because they do not belong to them– there is no ownership! Supply chain managers must be capable of leading change, maximizing human capital, and getting and keeping great talent. This workshop focuses on what managers dream of– a work environment where team members actively and enthusiastically accept responsibility and are accountable to implement strategies critical for success.
