Abstract

Does it make sense to outsource to China? This presentation addresses this question by drawing on insights from a case study on implementing and using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model. The session will emphasize not only the need for TCO but also awareness of additional cost and data factors affecting both TCO and the outsourcing decision.
