Abstract

Contact writing and management skills are critical for the contemporary Supply Management professional. These skills have become increasingly visible with the current organizational focus on supply risk management. This workshop will provide a comprehensive review of the contract writing and management process, with a specific assessment of that process as a critical element of organizational risk management.
