Abstract

This session will review "The Procurement Maturity Model" — a tool you can use to measure yourself against more than 60 best practices in such categories as customers, staff, vendors, policies, processes and tools. You will learn how to identify gaps in your procurement process and how to build a business case to get the resources needed to close those gaps.
