Abstract

This workshop covers the currently accepted best practices for developing a comprehensive Business Continuity Program. A step-by-step process for developing a Business Continuity Program will be presented that can be used to initiate a new initiative, evaluate an existing program, or better understand where your business unit fits in the big picture of the organization’s Business Continuity Program.
