Abstract

Scorecards give organizations the ability to make the critical and timely decisions needed to advance business forward. A true scorecard system links organizations with a structured communication process and accountability system. This session will prepare the participant to appreciate the organizational payback from using this outstanding accountability system to create consistency and focus.
