Did you miss the affiliate webcast on the new Certified in Supply Management™ (CSM™) designation? No problem. ISM recorded the program so that you could still watch it or review it. The webcast is designed to help affiliate officers understand the CSM™ program so that you can effectively market the new designation.

The Affiliate Excellence Awards and the Groups and Forums Excellence Awards recognize those Affiliates and Groups and Forums that demonstrate excellence in their professional operations, educational offerings and recruitment, and training and retention efforts, while at the same time communicating the value and prestige of the Institute for Supply Management™ and the supply management profession.

Join Us in Baltimore for the 2012 Affiliate Leadership Training Program
Prior to the 97th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit, ISM will offer a one-and-a-half-day Affiliate Leadership Training Program on May 4-5, 2012 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore. The program is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Saturday.
Although you will need to preregister, registration is free for the Affiliate Leadership Training Program. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, meals and lodging. Saturday's lunch will be on your own. You will find many great places to eat in the convention center area.

Affiliate officers who register for the Affiliate Leadership Training Program and the 97th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit will receive US$300 off their Annual Conference registration fee. To receive the discounted rate, please be sure to register for the Affiliate Leadership Training Program first.
Members who are on record at ISM as affiliate officers will be able to register online for both the Affiliate Leadership Training Program and the ISM Annual International Supply Management Conference. Members of your affiliate leadership team who are not listed in the ISM Affiliate Officers Directory are eligible for the Conference discount, but will need to fax their registration forms or register with Miranda Metcalfe in ISM Customer Service at 800/888-6276 or +1 480/752-6276, extension 3020, or mmetcalfe@ism.ws.
ISM Affiliate Excellence Awards and Persons of the Year Awards will be presented at the Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast held during the ISM Annual International Supply Management Conference on Monday, May 5, 2012.

A Reminder About ISM's Upcoming Dues Increase . . .
At its August 17-18, 2011 meeting, the ISM Board of Directors approved a US$20 dues increase, to take effect September 1, 2012. If your affiliate changes the amount of its dues, please contact Jan Miller at jmiller@ism.ws by July 1, 2012.
