Overview
Gain critical insights into causes of supply chain breakdowns and learn how to fix them for the long term. If we can determine causes of supplier problems in advance we can reduce or eliminate many and create a smoother and more efficient supply chain. This results in reduced costs, lead time, hidden operating costs and increases the bottom line.
This is a very hands-on seminar. After establishing parameters of what works and doesn't, each participant plays a role in "The Supply Chain Simulation." This is followed by documenting value streams and processes. A simulation exercise, problem solving tools, PDMA model and SCM resource guide are part of the material.
