Clint Wood manages the supply chain organization for BP's Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Procurement for the Gulf of Mexico. He previously re-engineered and managed the supply chain function for BP's Gulf of Mexico Operations & Logistics. During BP's oil spill response, Wood launched the supply chain function for two of BP's Incident Command Posts before establishing the critical resources supply organization. After the well was sealed, he developed the supply chain to decontaminate and demobilize BP's $30 million per day response fleet. Wood specializes in strategic integration to increase the value delivery and profile of supply chain management. A champion of change management, he applies marketing principles to define, deliver and communicate value. Wood has held a variety of engineering, operations and consulting leadership positions in automotive, engineered materials and technology industries. Wood, a PMP, earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute and a Supply Chain Management MBA from Arizona State University. |
