This program is designed to support associate and new full professors with terminal degrees establish themselves as recognized authorities in the field. It supports those individuals who are teaching in the field to expand a significant research track in supply management and associated areas to new levels of recognition in the field. Faculty selected here will generally have nine (9) to eighteen (18) years of teaching and research experience with recognition for extensive publications, teaching or expertise in academe and corporate world. The program will support competitively selected faculty for one or more years with projects that may have different values as approved in the project plan and award documents. These proposals must include budgets and time lines to justify larger or longer-term commitments. One-year projects will not exceed $15,000 and multi-year projects cannot exceed three years with a maximum value of up to $12,000 per year.
