Carla S. Lallatin, C.P.M., CPPO

Carla S. Lallatin, C.P.M., CPPO directs a consulting firm, Lallatin & Associates, which offers professional development and consulting services to organizations seeking to improve their supply chains. Previously vice president of Dun & Bradstreet's BidNet, Lallatin has over 25 years experience in executive supply management in both the commercial and public sectors.

Lallatin developed certification programs in supply management at New York University and Quinnipiac College. She actively contributed to the ABA Model Procurement Code for State and Local Governments and developed a self-study workbook for the Czech Republic to transition from national to private companies. She is a participating author of ISM's C.P.M. Study Guide, Seventh Edition, and editor for the ISM Glossary of Key Supply Management Terms, Fourth and Fifth Editions. She also authored NIGP's textbook, Public Purchasing and Materials Management.

Lallatin chaired ISM's Ethical Standards Committee and its Permanent Conference Committee. She is past president of ISM—New York and has served on the Board of Directors of NIGP and NASPO. Lallatin is a recipient of the Erlicher Award, NAPM District VIII's highest honor. She has been named Woman of the Year by the American Business Women's Association and received awards of merit and excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators.
