Derreck Kayongo, a former refugee from Uganda, was named Top 10 CNN Hero of 2011. Kayongo founded the Global Soap Project, a non-profit organization that recycles partially used hotel soap, reprocesses it into new soap, then ships it to refugee camps, where it is an unaffordable luxury for most. He hopes to help diminish global poverty and disease through the innovation, entrepreneurship and passion for his organization. Join Kayongo as he shares his insight and learn the valuable lessons he discovered along his journey. 

 

Future Outlook on the Diverse Workforce

Teams with a maximum of five students from invited colleges will have the opportunity to develop analytical and reasoning skills in a professional setting, much like they will face in the business world, with cases provided by A.T. Kearney.

 

Executive Roundtable Networking
4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
An annual favorite, this session gives you the opportunity to interact and engage with senior supply leaders. The session is structured to give you a chance to meet and interact in groups with a selection of executives of your choosing. The session is placed at the end of the day to jump start ongoing discussions and networking during the evening's reception and dinner.
