The Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.) designation is no longer available for testing and is in recertification-only status. Individuals already holding the A.P.P. designation may still apply for reaccreditation.

The A.P.P. designation focuses on entry-level purchasing functions for those primarily engaged in the operational side of the supply chain.

Current A.P.P.s in good standing are encouraged to maintain their expertise through reaccreditation. If your A.P.P. lapses beyond the one year grace period, you will not be able to reinstate your A.P.P. designation.
