I need to obtain some documentation on benchmarking payment terms for sub-contractor services. My particular interest is for electrical/electronic and mechanical installation into existing structures. Currently doing fixed price progress percentages (X% at order, X drawing approval, X completion, x final acceptance)

I also need to obtain the same for custom manufactured goods.

Any suggestions? So far my searching is fruitless on multiple industry sites and Google.
