Scorecard for evaluating Marketing PR firm
We are in the process of searching a PR firm for our Marketing. What are the elements do you use in the evaluation process. I'd like to have your critical and quick input to build a balanced scorecard when working with out Marketing team, which traditionally assess new firms with experiences, "feelings", and prices. I'd like to quantify the major consideration points extracted from the experiences and feelings. There are so many of them. Would like to get feedback from the group as how your organization did it.
