AFFILIATE SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:
The National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM)  Western Wyoming affiliate is pleased to offer two (2) $750.00 scholarships to members or their immediate family members seeking higher education from an accredited institution.

Requirements and Eligibility
Interested parties must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Complete the attached application and submit it along with the required attachments:
¨ A one-page, typed essay stating your plans for the future, career and life goals and why higher education is important to you
¨ Two letters of reference
¨ A brief statement describing your financial need for this scholarship
¨ A list of other scholarships applied for and/or awarded
¨ A detailed list of your extra-curricular activities, honors, awards, etc.

Applications must be received by April 16, 2008.

Awards
Scholarship awards will be based on completeness of application, coherence of essay and perceived commitment to achieving a higher education, preferably in supply management. Scholarship awards will not necessarily be based on financial need. Successful applicants will be notified by April 23, 2008. These funds will be distributed, in August, to the respective university or college chosen by the award recipients. Recipients are encouraged to attend our scholarship meeting on May 7, 2008, to be recognized and honored.
