Abstract

Perfection demands a cultural revolution in organizations and their supply chains. Our discussion demonstrates that perfection can be achieved by dedicated leadership, detailed planning, purposeful execution, collaboration and exacting organizational follow up. Examples of perfect processes and the root cause solutions will demonstrate the cultural changes needed to achieve perfection.
