Abstract

In most instances businesses and organizations handle emergency situations relatively easily and move forward. Unfortunately, some situations expand to the crisis level. Natural disasters can strike with no warning; technological and incited disasters are a growing area of concern. In our rapidly-changing world, new threats arise on a regular basis. If not dealt with effectively and quickly, these events can threaten the reputation and future success of your organization, even its very survival.
