Abstract

One key to long-term success is building a network that is resourceful and reliable. It is not only networking but also mentoring that will create relationships needed to become successful. This session offers criteria for a successful mentoring program including a proven step-by-step selection process and success stories. In this session, examples will also be provided that stress the importance of building relationships throughout the supply chain.
