Risk allocation provisions are among the most complex and difficult to negotiate terms in any agreement. This workshop prepares supply managers to identify and assess potential risks, and to negotiate and draft risk allocation provisions in a variety of supply agreements. The workshop also covers contract tools for mitigating risk.
