C.P.M. and A.P.P. News
The A.P.P. program was introduced in 1996 to serve entry-level buyers who are primarily engaged in the operational side of supply management. The introduction of the A.P.P. also allowed those individuals working outside of an organization's purchasing/supply management department, who had definite procurement responsibilities, the opportunity to receive accreditation.
Capture leading practices of the four cornerstones of today's supply networks: physical, informational, relational, and financial. It all starts November 11-13, 2002, in Scottsdale, Arizona. ISM Headquarters will be closed Monday, September 2, 2002, in observance of Labor Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, September 3.
Attention Attendees of the 2002 Summer Leadership Training Workshops!
If you attended any of the three 2002 Summer Leadership Training Workshops, please complete the short survey on the back of this page and submit it to ISM Affiliate Support. We are asking you to fill out this evaluation form so that we can find out how you feel about the workshop now that you have returned home and had some time to think about what you have learned. Perhaps you have had an opportunity to use new skills or information to improve your affiliate's operations. Perhaps you have identified new questions you would like to have answered, or new subjects you would like to have addressed that you simply may not have thought about while you were at the workshop. Please let us know how we can improve the workshops to better serve our volunteer leaders. We are tabulating the results of the different evaluation forms that have already been submitted and we thank you for taking the time to provide us with so much valuable information.
