    On January 13, 2005, ISM will hold its Annual Membership Meeting in Tempe, Arizona. The meeting will include the election of three new members to the ISM Board of Directors and recommended changes to the ISM national Bylaws.

The initial session will be called to order on Thursday, January 13, 2005, at 8:00 a.m. MST. The ISM Annual Membership Meeting will immediately follow the Board meeting at 11:30 a.m. MST.
