Given the rapidity of change in supplier and customer markets, supply professionals are forced to integrate and adapt many processes and behaviors to remain competitive. Since the only real source of sustainable competitive advantage is the supply organization’s capacity to adapt to marketplace dynamics, it is imperative that firms implement systems that accommodate change comfortably and insightfully. The presentation focuses on fast cycle change as a means of handling the enormous demands of intra- and inter-chain competitive behaviors.
