Today's organizations have developed global sourcing programs to bring value to customers and shareholders. Too often there is a lack of feedback or assessment of the effectiveness of these programs. This paper focuses on a best practice global sourcing assessment methodology to include value received, alignment with organizational strategy, risk management, quality of communication and overall satisfaction.
