Abstract

The importance of small businesses as contributors to our economy and to the success of those businesses that they supply cannot be overestimated. This session will help anyone working with or for small businesses understand the challenges faced by small business in implementing supply chain management. The primary focus will be on best practices that can readily be employed in small to medium sized enterprises to maximize the benefits from better supply management.
