Abstract

Procurement outsourcing is increasing. Offshoring procurement is adding more enhancements to this wave. It offers many advantages for many companies that wants to advantage of expanded pool of resources, procurement talent and skills at lower total cost found in emerging countries. The key lever for global procurement excellence is "blendshore" of procurement resources.
