Abstract

The recent and dynamic national—and world—events flowing from "911" as well as "normal" day-to-day supply management tasks bring into focus a need to review and revitalize the design, implementation, and/or maintenance of an effective supplier dispute/claim resolution system for the 21st century. This interactive session will provide an opportunity for buying professionals to increase their expertise on concepts/notions, embedded as a foundation in successful dispute resolution systems which has as a bedrock, trust and team building.
