Abstract

Procurement leaders have an enormous responsibility in a global economy that is constantly changing. They must demonstrate the ultimate flexibility: transitioning from good managers to good leaders; adapting their styles to the situation; and being a champion for change in their organization, while never losing sight of developing team-members into future leaders.
