Today's supply markets demand ever-increasing levels of integration, while Japanese companies go beyond home countries to produce high quality products/goods on the worldwide basis. To maintain high standards across operations, regardless of location, it's necessary to adjust and manage various conditions of operation, employment, training and communication. The keystone of this research examines the best-practice procurement methods of firms who are expanding manufacturing operations to overseas facilities.
