Abstract

When supply management professionals hear the term low-cost country (LCC) sourcing, China comes to mind immediately. Even though a vast majority of companies have done business in China, everybody has had a bad experience at one time or the other dealing with suppliers in that country. Our goal is to share the lessons learned from our dealings with China suppliers and how to make it a successful relationship for everyone involved.
