Abstract

Maximizing the value return of capital dollars is paramount in today's competitive market. Buying the wrong equipment or suffering delays in the delivery of equipment can have a lasting negative impact on the profitability of an operation. By following a six-step process the participants will learn how to achieve project savings and stakeholder satisfaction by using cross-functional teams, developing complete specs, defining project expectations, bi-lateral sourcing and negotiating.
