The new CAPS / A.T. Kearney Research depicts a world in dynamic business change at every level — economic, organizational, political and social. Clearly forecasting will be more important and difficult for supply management. We must know our forecasting tools so as to expand and organize our vision of the supply management environment. This workshop will present the forecasting models/tools, sources of forecasting data/information along with methodology and essential differences of the models.
