Abstract

How can I apply lean concepts within my company and with the suppliers? Any employee can employ some very simple tools, based upon lean principles, to improve their performance and the performance of their department. For an organization to experience the most powerful improvements, it must incorporate lean principles throughout the organization. Individuals can accelerate their careers by understanding and applying these principles and tools.
