Abstract

When organizations plan and budget for purchases and projects, costs of supplier failures are typically not included. Unfortunately, these situations frequently result in cost overruns, costly delays or both. This session demonstrates a tool to capture and display these extra cost events, as well as illustrates methods to quantify common failures.
