Abstract

No matter how hard we try and plead with our internal customers, purchasing professionals must deal with some single/sole source procurement. How this aspect of the task is approached has a great deal to do with our success in controlling and maintaining positive results. This session will cover some helpful ways to keep such procurements under control.
