As a leader, you've probably realized it's in your best interest to think about finding your replacement before you leave your volunteer position. If you don't, everything that needs your attention could come to a crashing halt. Or you might be destined to work too hard or spread yourself too thin. If you don't replace yourself, you may be in your current position for a very long time.
