Governance Report and Recommendations Qs & As Members Only Content

NAPM, as you know, recently undertook a comprehensive study to determine whether it has the processes and structure for governance to successfully serve its members, customers, and profession for the future and to implement the Strategic Plan. The study has been conducted in three phases. Phase I assessed the effectiveness and efficiency of current governance processes and structure. Phase II identified gaps between present and preferred governance, identified potential alternative solutions, and defined resources. Finally, Phase III will refine any recommendations for change and a plan for implementation, if necessary, which will include sequencing and timing issues.
