New Member Orientation Members Only Content

There are two basic kinds of new member orientations. The first, oftentimes conducted like an open house, specifically deals with candidates interested in seeing what options and opportunities are available before committing their time. The second kind of orientation is geared toward those who have already committed to joining your affiliate and need a clear understanding of what is expected from them and how they can develop and grow as a result of their commitment. Remember the old adage, "You never get a second chance to make a good first impression." Nothing could be truer than when bringing new members on board. One of the main objectives of an orientation is to keep up the momentum and the initial enthusiasm of the new member.
